The experience I had selling my first unit was great. Within couple of days, Jitender Singh and his AB Property team made the entire deal so much easy with their extensive knowledge in real estate sector. I would defiantly recommend him to my friends for any future real estate related deals.

Highly recommended to people who looking for Buying property in west Sydney

This team is gear. They are very cooperative. Prompt response for the queries. Available after hours as well.

Great work done by Jeet and his team, they work hard, open property whenever buyer want to see, and did good negotiation.

Jeet worked industriously hard to achieve a price within the bounds of my expectations. His skill, knowledge and execution throughout the process was exemplary. Keep up the good work Jeet!

We would highly recommend jeet after the sale of our property he kept us informed at every stage of inspection and sale and achieved the sale at the price we wanted.

I would certainly recommend Jit and Atul (AB Properties group) to buy as well as sell. I did have an opportunity for both and they been wonderful.

If 'buying' a house is efforts taking 'selling' a house is by no means a less of an ask. The thrill and excitement of landing with a sale price meeting sellers expectation can turn into a disappointment if you do not have the right real estate agency partnering. AB Consultants for me was the right partnering when it came to sale of my property. Jeet has a good industry knowledge, unparalled professionalism and drive to achieve the results. I would recommend Jeet to anyone looking to buy/sell property. Give AB Consultants a try you and you will find out why they differ from other real estate agencies.

Jitender and the whole team at AB Real Estate were brilliant - achieved an excellent price on a difficult property to sell, always friendly, honest, excellent communication. I highly recommended AB Real Estate for the sale of your property - excellent A+++++++

We had wonderful experience dealing with Jeet. His persistence and communication was excellent with buyers. We were informed week about about updates from website and enquired they have receiving, which helped us in making informed decision to sell our property at right market with reasonable price.. We will recommend Jeet to sell your property. Ritesh

I was initially skeptical about using the services of a real estate agent, thinking of the savings of DIY. But I consulted with my conveyancing agent and decided to ask Jitender to market my property. I am glad I did. Jitender had an excellent understanding of the local market and the best marketing strategy I heard. At his Christmas party, I met the entire sales team, all well trained in real estate law. The on line photos and house plans looked fabulous. It was the extra open day on Sunday that resulted in the successful sale to a first home buyer who had been searching for a year. I believe that it is the extra marketing effort that distinguishes AB Property Consultants from other agents.

Thank You Jeet. We are very happy with the Communication and Negotiation skills and Market Knowledge of team @ AB Property Consultants. We would strongly recommend them for their professionalism and willingness to help. We sold our property within 2 weeks of listing it in the market at a good price. They guided us through the whole process and it was a smooth sale process for us. Keep up the good work.
