Jeevan was great throughout the whole process of us purchasing a property. From the beginning inspection right down to settlement we felt at ease.

When negotiating the terms of the sale. Whilst neogiating the final terms of the agreement I made it clear that the timing of the deposit payment was something I wanted to accelerate. Originally we agreed the deposist was to be paid in 28 days. Then i requested (via txt message to the buyers) the deposit be paid within 14 days. In our next phonecall Jeevan stated that the purchaser would make the deposit the next day. He intentionally implied that I would have the funds the very next day. He did not explain that the deposit will be held by the agency until a section 27 was completed. On this call a verbal agreement was made that the property was sold. In the next phone call Jeevan shared that i would need to get a section 27 and go through the lawyers and it could take up to a week. It took a month for the funds to be deposited to me. Which I have since learned is standard. Jivan had ample opportunity to explain, instead he used the timing of the deposit payment as a ruse to get the sale. Jivan intentionaly misled me into thinking the deposit would be paid immediately when he knew full well that it would take some time. When discussing the timing of commission payment. In one of our phonecalls Jeevan also agreed to take his commission upon settlement. Again, he would have known full well that the commission for the sale would come out at the deposit stage of the process. To hide the fact he sent 1 page of a 5 page contract. He neglected to send pages 2- 5 that refer to the commission policies. He realised that if i saw a commission payment is withdrawn on deposit - it would jeopordise the sale. I submitted the above complaint to the Director of Capital and Co and he didn't even reply.

Jeevan is a very good communicator, knows his market very well and he is approachable. Very professional in field of property. Understands the needs of developers and potential private buyers. Keeps you up to date and delivers results.
