Jeff was a great agent from the moment I decided to sell my investment property. Jeff communicated well with myself, the tenant and other parties to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible leading up to the sale. We had multiple offers on the unit, however Jeff always put in extra effort to get an offer above my expected figure.

I found selling my house extremely stressfull and Jeff was excellent to work with from beginning to end, he remained involved and was willing to assist when I encountered several stumbling blocks, I trusted his insight and judgement.

We worked with Jeff to sell our two bedroom unit in Herne Hill. Jeff and his team arranged for the existing tenant to move out and staging of the unit. The staging and photos were fantastic and the unit went on the market quickly and effortlessly (for us anyway!). Regular opens and private inspections were held and Jeff always kept us up to date. Jeff recommended going to Auction as the market was performing well and that turned out to be spot on advice as we sold at auction well above our reserve price which we could never have anticipated!
