We had been negotiating with an agent for the sale of our investment property. We choose to trust his judgement, and he provided a great styling guide who gave fabulous advice that allowed us to present the property with minimal fuss, but maximum impact. After the very first open home we were presented with an offer that exceeded our expectations, and while it was conditional, we trusted Jeff's judgement ... and it certainly paid off. We felt that not only could we trust Jeff's considered opinions, but we also felt that we were listened to.... and that is a rarity these days. Jeff handled the sale of my property in a professional and honest manner. He worked hard to prepare the sale with the existing tenants. This process is often difficult and luckily we had Jeff who has experience in dealing with difficult situations. We are located interstate which added further challenges, however again, a great agent makes all the difference. Communications were always prompt and clear. The sale of our property was over the Christmas new year period. Most agent are not even contactable at this time of the year. This was not so with Jeff.
