Jeff sold 2 of our properties which had previously been marketed with 2 other local agents and no success! Jeff works well under pressure and has always maintained a professional demeanour in the toughest of situations. We would highly recommend Jeff.

Being a first home buyer I was nervous. Having Jeff’s “relaxed” attitude in the beginning made things easy. Overtime this attitude seemed more to me like unprofessionalism. As this property was done in a conjunction, all my contact was done with the other agent/agency as I never received phone calls or emails from Jeff in regard to the property, negotiations or just how things are going. He had my number and I was only a call away. At settlement the “for sale/sold” sign had already been taken down and I was unable to get a photo with it, which was upsetting especially with this being my first home. No shaking of hands and no welcome pack (not that I expected it). All in all with this being my first property purchased it was disappointing and I will not be having any dealings with this agency or agent in future.

We found Jeff most helpful and very honest in our dealings with him during our inspections and assessment of the property we were interested in. We found him very informative, professional and likeable. Not pushy. We would recommend Jeff to other prospective sellers, as a buyer we have nothing but praise for him.
