I've been working in sales since I was a teenager and I've always loved meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships. The combination of these two skills has provided a successful start to my real estate career, and helped me secure several industry awards.
Having studied psychology at university I’m able to get the most from early interactions with prospective purchasers. I can quickly work out exactly what a buyer is looking for, what will interest them most, and then help establish an emotional connection to your property, or build a strong case as the ideal investment.
No two marketing plans are ever the same, because no two properties and no two owners are ever the same. As a Gen Y agent, I keep on top of the industry's changing sales and marketing tools. Unlike old school agents who stick to what they've always done, I'm updating my strategies and techniques all the time, ensuring I get the most out of new and emerging technologies.
