We engaged Jeff a number of years ago to sell out Sorrento property when the market was extremely depressed but our personal circumstances meant that we need to sell. Unfortunatley we did not have offers that made it worth while to sell and we took the property off the market can changed tact. We advised him that we had leased the property and did not want to put the property on the market but we would be interested in selling for the right price. The market was still very depressed and although the original buyers did not want the property, Jeff worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make something from nothing. I essence he found a buyer for a package deal of our property and next doors for a price that I regard was top dollar for the market. Jeff really earned his money and my wife and are extremely happy with the outcome and the level of personal service Jeff gave us. I have no hesitation recommending Jeff and we will definitely be calling him for future sales.

I chose Jeff because of contact I had made with him about twelve years previously when he valued my house for me when I was in the middle of a financial distribution between my husband and I after we had separated. I was extremely impressed with his attitude, his demeanour and his knowledge of the industry and, in particular, the Hillarys and surrounding areas. I promised him that day that if ever I was to sell my property I would look him up to assist me with it if he was still in the industry. Jeff didn't disappoint me in any way. He sold my property in a very professional manner. Luckily for both of us we had a buyer already interested in the property who I met when he sold me a new car but who didn't want to pay my price. Jeff negotiated with him and sold it for only $10,000 less than my original wanting price. I was in a hurry to sell as I had another property I was keen to buy and we only opened it twice or three times during which he had some other interest but no offers yet. We probably could have received a bit more if we had waited, however nobody likes to keep 'getting it ready' for more inspection days so I was quite satisfied at the price he managed to negotiate. Mind you, the buyers should have been happy too as they also wanted quite a lot of my furniture and other decorations including framed prints which I gave them as it seemed a shame to break them up, having been part of the professional decorating done when we bought the original 'display' home.
