Once again Jeff did what he said he would. He found a buyer for a difficult and unusual house, with its share of issues but negotiated a sale successfully with a buyer and seller that were both quite stubborn and determined to get their way. A lesser agent would have either capitulated and sold it for less or lost the deal. We are very impressed with Jeff's professionalism and old fashioned adherence to core values which is rare these days. we would strongly recommend Jeff to anyone selling their house.
