This is another deal Jeff put together in such an uncertain period. Within this Covid 19 crisis time, Jeff has done a great job to explain the potential of the property and answered all our questions and concerns very professionally. We were satisfied with his explanations and comfortable with the purchase in the end. His communication skill is great which helps to bridge the needs for both the owners and the buyers to finalise the deal. It is a win-win deal in such a market with all sort of uncertainties.
