We sold a 1 bedder in Sydney CBD with Jeff and the whole process from beginning to end was extremely straightforward. Jeff has presented the timelines and set the expectations well from the get go. Not only has he found a buyer within a shorter timeframe than we have set but also managed to sell above expected price. He has conducted relevant investigation to search and find an assigned to the apartment storage unit that we haven’t used for years and he handled all the formalities around retrieving access to it before sale.
