Jeff presented a marketing plan and strategy that made sense according to market history and present conditions. Throughout, he was personable, engaging, genuine and trustworthy. He was able to achieve a sale price well above the appraisal values giving me a very satisfactory sale price and in remarkably quick time. We had an open house on Saturday and sold on Wednesday; with a higher than anticipated result. I engaged Jeff as an agent because of his authentic and personal nature together with his professionalism. I was absolutely delighted with the result and the process-thanks Jeff. We hope the new owner enjoys our home as much as we have enjoyed living here.

Jeff and his team included us in all the steps leading from start of marketing to conclusion of sale. We dealt with only a couple of key people, including Jeff being the primary point of contact, removing the need to repeat ourselves to numerous sales consultants.

Jeff had very helpful ideas on how to arrange the furniture and to present the villa in general ( inside and out) for the sale. I liked the way he organized the open house times, so that all interested viewers attended together for a short time as a way of increasing awareness of the competition. I also liked that he worked with one of his colleagues so that there were two of them available to talk to buyers at each open house. He or his colleague communicated with me regularly about the progress of the sale.
