We engaged Jeff to sell the Unit that we had owned for 22years, as he had sold a number of other properties in our location with good results. His advertising strategy of using a video of the property and surrounds was effective in reaching out to potential buyers. Jeff was very professional in his approach, with excellent communication skills, informing us of the progress every step of the way. He checked in with us frequently so we were not left in the dark about any aspect of the sale. He was proactive in communicating with our Lawyers and the Building Managers as appropriate. Jeff’s responses were timely, always getting back to us when he said he would. At settlement, Jeff was prompt in getting any unused advertising funds and the balance of the deposit returned to our account.
