Jeff undertook the task of preparing and selling my property in Artarmon. His advice for preparation was spot on with minimal touches. Throughout this process he delved into information requested by potential buyers with honest answers regarding timeliness of refurbishment dates, equipment age which is critical for a potential buyer. No glossing over of the reality. His attitude was to provide astute correct information as this would serve both vendor and buyer, both of whom are clients. Sometimes this information would not be favourable to the vendor, however this would guarantee a favourable outcome as both vendor and buyer should be aware of the truth and achieve the outcome acceptable to both parties. This he achieved on two occasions for me with properties in Chatswood and Artarmon. I have no hesitation recommending him.
