Our first appointment of Jeffery was back in 2008 when he was one of the best known and respected agents in Ellenbrook. At that time we were ecstatic with his service and professionalism and the results he achieved for us. We recommended him to anyone wanting to sell there properties in Ellenbrook or neighboring suburbs. In 2016 we were ready to sell another property so contacted Jeffery (we had kept his card) only to be told that he was not selling real estate and had gone back to do further studied. We were forced to use another agent with disappointing service and result. Jeffery contacted us in 2021 to let us know he was back selling property and was available if we had any property to sell. We were very pleased that he was available as we did have a property we were considering selling in Aveley. Jeffery appraised the property in late 2021 but suggested it was not the right time to sell unless it was necessary. We took his advice but reviewed our position in mid 2022 at which time we decided to list our property with Jeffery. From the very start of the process we have one again been impressed by both Jeffery and The Agency. They are both friendly and professional and at no time have we needed to contact them as they have provided regular updates on how the sale was progressing. In the end we received more than we expected and the entire process through to final settlement went without any issues or concerns.
