My Wife and I needed to sell our house and purchase a new place to relocate. We had close to 7-8 real estate agents visit and tell us what they think our house was worth and their fees. He was moderately priced compared to other agents. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive but I can assure you he is well worth it.
