We bought our current property and sold our previous one through Jeff. Jeff has always been friendly, helpful and professional. We sold our property during the COVID lock down time, we were worried initially, but Jeff reassured us with his professionalism. Overall I was happy with Jeff as my agent, but not so happy with Manor Real Estate overall. Jeff was always pleasant and easy to communicate with, but I felt the agency were not as supportive as I expected. I had to follow them up more than I should have (on the stuff that was outside Jeff's remit, like payment of 0.25% for rescinded sale and then the payment on settlement). None the less and considering the impact of COVID on sale price, Jeff did well.

Though Marko jumped in in the latter part of the trade due to his holidays, both Jeff and Marko support us professionally to get it done quickly and clearly. It was well above my expectation.
