Jem was fabulous from the very beginning and highly responsive at every step. Jem was the seller's agent when I initially purchased this property a few years ago and keeping Jem as my current agent says it all! I would highly recommend Jem for all things real estate. Thank you Jem!

Jem did exactly what she promised and delivered without any fuss.

Jem was the most helpful and extremely understanding of my needs. She went over and above in so many different ways to satisfy myself and the buyer. I cannot thank her enough for all the time she put into the sale of my property! Love your work.

Jem was excellent in handling our purchase of our first home. She responded quickly and clearly to any questions we had. She also gave us some sound advice. Definitely recommend her and will approach her again in the future. Thank you Jem.

She is very helpful and friendly. Tried to help in all possible ways to make sure we get a good deal. I do recommend her to other people.

Handled sale very well and easy to deal with remotely as I live overseas.

Jem was friendly, helpful and communicates promptly. She advocates for the seller while she considers the needs and the circumstances of us, the buyers. She helps during the process of the sale and communicates with the builder and the seller regarding concerns. What can we say, she's a brilliant sales agent.

THE WHOLE PROCESS JUST FLOWED. NO DRAMAS. I REALLY FELT JEM CARED ABOUT ME AND I WAS THE BUYER. SHE WAS HONEST - WHERE DO YOU GET THAT IN THIS DAY AND AGE.

She is quite hard working and does not mind emails sent to her during holidays or after hours. She would generally reply promptly. She is effective in putting our property to the market and was able to capture a number of interested party during the first open house session.
