From the start of the sale process Jem showed greatness with her knowledge of local market condition providing spot on price guidance. We got into negotiations with a buyer within a month. This it when Jem showed her worth as the go between ourselves and a difficult and demanding buyer. Jem was proactive with her suggestions giving us alternative options to keep the sale progressing. Jem was great at communicating progress but also always available to call. We felt she was on our side, getting us the best deal but also getting across the buyers concerns. As we had a tenants leasing the property, we had a long settlement period. Jem remained in contact and available until the sale was finally successfully completed. We highly recommend Jem to anyone wanting to sell. We have a second property to sell in a couple of year and will definitely be using Jem as our agent again.
