Jem was lovely to deal with from the very start and so easy to talk to which made this process that much easier! She was informative, kept us up to date at every stage and her knowledge of the house and area made this purchase easier. No question or task was too much. Her professionalism shows in the way she speaks with you as a client and with the tenants of the house. We would happily buy through Jem again if we wished to enter back into the market.
