The property had a lot to commend it however being in a coastal holiday town with a mixed climate, there can be periods when buyers are thin in the ground. Jemma set a great starting price and held to her position. When it became evident we needed to slightly adjust the price to meet the market at the time, this was done advisedly and always at the discretion of the vendor. When the sale interest peaked with several potential buyers, she negotiated the best outcome in a fair and open way with all bidders. I was very happy with her service and approach and felt we achieved a good and fair price for the property. Her commission and advertising fees were very reasonable given the time from market placement to sale conclusion. I would recommend Jemma to anyone looking to sell property in Goolwa.
