Jemma was the best REA agent in the southern region I couldn't have picked better, she uses a holistic approach and knows the whole process inside out. She walks you through the process from beginning to end, and makes sure she is always available to be contacted or there for support or questions. She is open and easy to talk to and has the knowledge you need to sell a property, she knows the market especially in the southern region and knows how to market and sell a property. She is community minded and is connected within the southern community, due to this she is able to support you beyond a standard REA and due to this she was able to help me achieve goals I could not have otherwise achieved. I feel the only reason I was so successful with my property was Jemma and her style and approach to REA, her knowledge and support and everything she does, I cannot thank her enough.

I found Jemma to be an exceptionally open, honest and down to earth agent. A very refreshing change from all the uncomfortably smooth "operators" with the damp limp handshakes , expensive suits and flashy cars. I feel that that she set a realistic and fair price range on the property that I purchased, to start with , (considering the property location and current market conditions) and when I stood firm with my offer , she didn't try to coerce me into raising my price just to "make a few more bucks".
