Jemma’s energy and enthusiasm more than complemented her obvious knowledge and professionalism. We felt she was a good fit with our expectations. Our only disappointment is that Jemma went on holiday during our campaign leaving a colleague to finish. We got an outcome but feel we could have achieved a better outcome with Jemma’s excellent negotiation skills.
