I packed up my house, left keys for Jemma and her team did the rest. It was a very smooth & seamless process and over before I knew it. Something I barely had to think about as I had moved to another state. I was very nervous and unsure about so many things at the start. This was my 1st home and it was an emotional process at times but Jemma made me very comfortable and gave me a lot of reassurance that my house was in the best hands. Agree with all the other posotive reviews, Jemma comes accross as exceptional, attentive, swift, polite, professional, sincere, honest, friendly, caring. This is what is needed for both vendor and purchaser as the process of buying/selling is naturally a high stress event. We were purchasers and will definately user Jemma for selling any property in the area. As we are new to purchasing in SA we felt Jemma was attentive to this which we really appreciated. There are differences in the markets and and buying/selling process in SA, NSW, VIC. Sarah was also extremely helpful in providing information as we are interstate. Excellent team, excellent service. The only downside I can think of (of the system, not Jemma) is recieving 6 emails to provide a review - 5 before the purchase was complete. Good for business I'm sure but room for improvement there. Overall - excellent.
