Had a great experience dealing with Jen. She was ready to compromise if ever we had concerns, was always ready to answer her phone or give us a call when we needed to discuss anything, and was a great conduit between us and the vendor. Particularly liked her candor compared to other real estate agents I have dealt with and, as first home buyers, appreciated her ability to break things down that we didn't understand.
