I’ve never thought highly of real estate agents, and to be honest, all of my past experiences (from renting to buying our first home) unfortunately lived up to my expectations—rude, unresponsive, arrogant, the works. So, when the time came to sell our home, I wasn’t exactly excited about the process. (I’m sure many people out there feel the same.) That’s why I was so surprised when we came across Jen. She was extremely professional, honest, and hard-working. From the very first meeting, through all the open homes, and right up to the final negotiations, nothing was too difficult. I’ve never met an agent who works as hard as Jen, and her communication is simply outstanding. The real estate industry—and Jellis Craig—are lucky to have her. Bottom line: if you’re looking for an agent, Jen’s the one.
