Jen Lin Lau was polite, respectful and very proficient with her Sales and Marketing. I received comprehensive reports after every Open and a summary of every viewer every week. Jen made all necessary arrangements which was very helpful to me. The Auction day was very busy but a lot of extra MICM staff were present to shepherd potential buyers and viewers prior to the auction time.
