Jen approached us in a very structured manner conveying possible options and potential outcome scenarios which were all based on sound reasoning we could follow and deal with. She was extremely calm & diplomatic during the various rounds of negotiations and did not try to create a sales push for persuasion purposes which we truly appreciated.
