Jen, reviewed the property was upfront on what would be required to ensure it was attractive to potential buyers, to ensure a sale with in 2 weeks of listing. Her advice was followed and as predicted the apartment was sold. The whole process was handled professionally with updates provided to me by Jen and her staff. It made the whole process very easy. Thanks again Jen and Central

Jen sold a property for us in Subiaco. From the start of the process to the end and beyond she displayed client focus in her quiet and considerate manner. If you want razzamatazz and self-aggrandisement then Jen is not for you. But if you are looking for genuine interest and a focus on results you will do no better.

Jen sold my previous home, so I was confident of working with her a second time. Faced with a difficult sale, she listened and understood what I needed, and delivered a great result in a short time. She is a polished operator who is an extremely skilled negotiator, calm under pressure and able to achieve excellent results. Both sales that Jen achieved for me, were in areas outside of Subiaco......location is no barrier for Jen and I have no hesitation recommending her to others.

Jen was fabulous in helping us get our Subiaco apartment sold for a good price, even though we live interstate. She was professional, efficient, provided good advice, and always kept us informed throughout the process. An absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks Jen!

Jen oversaw the sale of my parent's family Subiaco home and throughout the process was professional, trustworthy and very supportive. Her knowledge of the area was evident from our first meeting and I felt confident she was going to represent our family's interests with integrity - which she did. Thank you Jen, it was a pleasure working with you.

We recently entrusted Jen to sell our property and she was amazing. We live interstate and relied entirely on Jen to advise and arrange all that was needed to prepare our property for market. She has great local knowledge and achieved the best possible result for us. We couldn’t be happier. Jen comes at the highest recommendation- she is a hardworking, reliable agent and a genuinely wonderful person.

Jen understood exactly what our requirements were, explained how we could achieve them and then delivered on them. She provided guidance on how to stage our home which we realised was very well considered. We were keen to sell reasonably quickly and she used the time well to make sure we had competitive offers to assess on exactly the day we had agreed. We had total confidence in her judgement and attention to detail. We have recommended her to friends who are now looking to move .

Jen Lowe’s high emotional intelligence and appreciation for community delivered an excellent outcome without stress or ego. She managed to achieve a significantly higher price than a similar property that had just been sold, reinforcing her reputation for achieving high prices. • While preparing the property to sell Jen suggested practical sustainable improvements to our home that improved the value of our home. • While marketing the property Jen leveraged her network of contacts to ensure we had great photos from a wonderful photographer and trades people to get to a high quality job of a few final items we never thought of doing. • While negotiating the final sale Jen communicated well articulating the position of multiple bidders and presenting all offers in an easy-to-understand way. We would select Jen again and warmly recommend her to our friends and family.

From an initial informal chat, Jen took the time to provide a clear and comprehensive overview of the selling process and her management strategy. She is attentive to every detail, honest, and direct in her communications style and both calm and approachable. Home opens were professionally managed resulting in an offer and settlement within our specified timeframe. We can recommend Jen without hesitation, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with.

We have both purchased and sold properties in Subiaco with Jen and found her to be both professionally and personally great. Communications were regular and clear and the final negotiations sensible . Reliable and knowledgeable. A great agent to deal with!

Can’t recommend Jen enough. Worked with myself, tenants issues and buyer issues to move the sale along. All this whilst remaining professional

Great job Jen! Achieved price well above expectation and history! Professional. Great negotiator. Knows the Subiaco market. Can’t recommend highly enough
