Jen is very pleasant when you contact her, but in 13 months of our house being on the market there has not been 1 phone call to offer us advice re dropping price or any other strategies. A generated notice via email was our only contact every week unless we contacted Jen. Because we live in a different state we felt we were very low priority. We have sold 7 homes & as an agent Jen, as pleasant as she is, has not compared favourably with others we have worked with.

In the offer period everything was perfect, Jen communicated well, was honest and open but when settlement was near and one thing went wrong (not her fault) she shut down, she never returned phone calls, didn’t chase anything up for us, even lied to us about communicating with our solicitor. Our biggest issue was the lack of communication and now, even after settlement we’re still cleaning up things she guaranteed us would be done, very very disappointing.
