An Absolute Gun
Jen was an absolute gun of an agent. She was honest, genuine, amazing with communication and an absolute pleasure to deal with at all phases. You hear of nightmare stories and this was the complete opposite. Jen made the process exciting and not stressful - if anything, she was the calming force! Would recommend, use and deal with Jen again any day of the week. 15/10!!
