Great experience

We asked Jenn if she would take on the sale of my deceased father's property in a complex. At that point we were in the final processes of renovating the property for sale. (about three weeks prior). What we appreciated was that Jenn honoured our privacy up until it was time to go. When it was time...wow! My wife and I met Jenn at the property where she was given a tour and she laid out her plan of selling the property. We signed the contract there and then, and never looked back. Jenn offered open houses over the next 3 weekends and multiple offers put forward. She had meetings with us at her office after each weekend to discuss. She is professional and courteous as to not be "hounding" the seller. We finally decided on a buyer's bid which was a unit complex record price. To say we were wrapped would be an understatement. I cannot express how grateful we are that we asked Jenn to sell our property. Kept us fully versed thoughout the whole process. The best sales experience ever. Thanks.
