We were recommended to Jenn Culhane from friends who lived in our street and had used Jenn's services previously. We contacted Jenn and asked for her advice on getting our house ready for sale. Then covid lockdown hit us and we were delayed, but Jenn kept in contact offering advice and reassurance that we would eventually get there. We finally put our house on the market in mid November 2020 and Jenn had an open inspection within days of signing with her. Jenn kept us fully informed on those who came to the open inspection and presented us with a signed contract that we happily accepted. Everything went through quite smoothly from then on. Even with Christmas and New Year in the middle of the process, settlement was arranged at the earliest time available of a busy holiday schedule.
