From the day we met Jenna, we knew straight away she was going to sell our house. We love her friendly nature, and she radiates a very positive and bright personality. Jenna has been a great agent. She had displayed all good qualities to be an agent. She had a strong belief in our house. She organised all the trades in to make repairs at our house; when the interior stylist pulled out at the last minute due to the smoke in Canberra in early January, she was able to get one in on the day and the furniture was displayed on the following day! She also checked the results of each trade that did work on the house. She is now following up with another trade to get plumbing certification upon the buyer's request before settlement. She has been on call all the time, communicating effectively with us from the very beginning. We entrusted her with the house and the sale, and followed her sales strategy. The marketing campaign was good as there were a lot of groups that came to the open inspections. She followed up with each group and reported back to us on their feedback. We were able to sell the house one week before the scheduled auction. She is lovely, energetic, and hardworking. She also listened to our suggestions and vice versa. We have worked as a team.
