Jenna was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. There was plenty of evidence and Information provided throughout the appraisal and Jenna was never pushy letting us be the ones to make the decision. When it came time to list, Jenna worked in with us to come up with a suitable open house time. Following the first open house Jenna called straight away and then followed up all parties a few days later which resulted in the sale. Jenna’s communication was exceptional all the way through which allowed us to be in the loop with everything that was happening.

Jenna was always supportive and affirmative through our sale process. We had bush fires, Covid and other challenges in the market with new build incentives etc but Jenna stayed the course with our home and was never pushy. In the current Covid times the Virtual Tour was a godsend and allowed our purchasers the opportunity to inspect and buy the home without a physical inspection. She maintained the faith where we were sometimes concerned. We could not recommend her highly enough.
