I met Jenna with my first purchase just over 2 years ago. I was so impressed with the service, her attitude and work ethic that I asked her to sell a property for me. It was a particularly difficult sale as it was a niche market property but she got it together wonderfully in the end. Anyone else might have put it in the “too hard” basket. Even on the weekends, she got back to us within an hour via email or phone call. She also goes out of her way to make things easy for you. Im a mother with two small children. One day the kids were sick and I couldn't get out to sign some paperwork. Jenna made everything easy by bringing the paper work to me. She also really knows her stuff. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were buying in. She was able to provide a rental assessment for us and give us quality information about how we might best present our investment to the rental market. Even now when the papers are signed and the deal is done, I still feel comfortable to ring her with any questions and concerns. Our experience with Jenna has proven she's highly professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, and responsive.
