Jenni was great in the initial stages of purchasing out first home. She made herself available for numerous calls and questions relating to the house and the process, and assisted in negotiating issues with the house on the back of the building inspection. Unfortunately the process took a turn when we weren’t able to accommodate a request by the vendor to bring the settlement date forward as our bank wasn’t ready. We were disappointed we couldn’t arrange for the settlement to be brought forward, but what was most upsetting was Jenni berated us over the phone for the situation which was out of our control. Her attitude changed from being helpful during the process to belittling us as though we were an inconvenience to her for delaying settlement and thus her commission payment. What should have been an exciting process for us left a sour taste as a result.
We are returning clients of Jenni' s after our previous house sale went so well. Needless to say, Jenni did not disappoint. Her knowledge of the market is remarkable and her quick solutions to our minor predicaments ensured the sale went ahead smoothly. Jenni was a dream to have. She went way beyond her responsibilities as an agent. One example of this was, my tenants let me down and failed to mow the grass right before photos were due. Instead of rescheduling photos, Jenni jump on the mower in her high heels and mow the grass for me. Did an excellent job and the photos came up fantastic.
