As a first home buyer in an extremely tough market, Jenni was a rare find. She was upfront and realistic about the market, including my budget options and she was very positive from the first interaction. Over the space of a weekend I had looked at quite a few places, however my interactions with Jenni made such an impact, the townhouse she was selling was always in the back of my mind. Throughout the whole negotiation process I genuinely felt she was there to help me, as a buyer. The rest of the process was both professional and smooth.
