Jenni Kent took over the sale of our deceased estate property. I have purchased and sold quite a number of properties to date and would have to describe Jenni's performance as a realtor, the worst I have encountered in all my experiences. Jenni rang me once while I was working and never rang me again after that, rather reverting to the other executor of the estate despite clear instructions that I was the main executor for this property as there were other properties being dealt with by the other executor. Jenni sold the property with conditions. These conditions contradicted the agreement I had with O'Briens Real Estate. The first and only phone call I held with Jenni ended with her stating that she was going to make some enquiries and get back to me about clarifying the instructions. Instead she rang the other executor and complained about me and tried to pit the other executor against me. Jenni's behaviour was unprofessional, there was a total lack of communication during the sale of the property. I could never recommend this agent to anyone.
