Looking to purchase our first home for 6 months has been a very stressful and daunting experience for us. Jenni was excellent to work with, and along with his colleague Scott, secured a good sale for our property. There was a strong sense of delivering on what was promised. We were told for example, that two agents would always be in attendance at the OFIs. This was consistently followed through on during the campaign. We were also provided with good feedback about potential buyers after these sessions. We felt our property was also marketed well, with good flexibility and responsiveness shown around some of our own preferences and perspectives. Jenni's provision of her homemade jam - as well as chocolates - along the way was also much appreciated! All up, we have no hesitation in recommending Jenni & Scott at Fletchers to any prospective vendors in the Dandenong Ranges area.

I didn't get to know Jenni for very long prior to purchasing due to the pace of the housing market, but all my dealings with Jenni were efficient, professional, friendly and no question was outside of her remit. Jenni made my trip to the area worthwhile by bringing multiple properties to my attention, including one that was off-market which I ended up buying. Jenni paid close attention to my needs and only highlighted properties she thought I'd like. Jenni was engaged but discrete, allowing me as a buyer to really get a feel for my future home without encroaching on my personal selection process. Jenni was highly responsive to all my calls/messages/requests and handled the offer process beautifully. I can't fault Jenni's approach and would recommend her to any buyers and sellers.

Wonder Woman Jenni is a great ambassador for Fletchers Yarra Ranges and the real estate sector. She's genuine and enthusiastic, consistent and helpful in a variety of practical ways. Offered suggestions but didn't impose them and respected the vendor's wishes even when they may not have sat well with her. Maintained contact and provided helpful advice during a long pre-listing period but didn't harass. A job well done.
