We had the pleasure of working with Jenni in purchasing our first home, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Jenni's expertise, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She guided us through every step, answered all our questions, and ensured a smooth process. Her knowledge of the real estate market was impressive, and she made sure we got a fair deal. I highly recommend Jenni to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced real estate agent. Thanks to her, we now have a place we can call our own!

Jenni was able to readily answer all our questions and queries with regards to both the house we were looking at as well as the area. She was professional in her approach and was prompt with follow up. We appreciated her down to earth attitude without the sales fluff!

We met Jenni after meeting a few other agents but Jenni stood out from the others. Her personality, they way she presents herself and her homes is what got us hooked. She noticed the highlighted features in our home that other agents were not phased by. Guided us on how to present our home prior to market. She was honest with us about the market in the area and promised she will do her best to get our asking price. She communicated with us at every step of the way and was so supportive. Selling your home is an emotional roller coaster but Jenni understood and guided us through. We are so glad we chose her to sell our home and can’t thank her enough

I contacted Jenni as I knew she had great property knowledge of the area, no other agent was an option. As expected she exceeded all of my expectations. Having never sold a property before, I really wasn't sure what I was in for but Jenni was clear on the process and made me feel at ease with the stress that can come from selling. Jenni was always available when I had questions no matter what time of the day and her responses were extremely helpful. Jenni, thank you so much for everything you have done to help ensure we had a quick sale, whilst still getting a great price. I HIGHLY recommend you to anyone in need of property management or sale.

It is my absolute pleasure to write this review for Jenni Ter Haar. Recently Jenni assisted me to sell my property in Victoria. Due to some unfortunate financial situation I needed to sell my property on an urgent basis. I was recommended Jenni by my property manager. He mentioned that if anyone can sell my property quick and at a great price that would be Jenni. Jenni at first took the time to explain the selling process as this is my first property. Then she had a detailed conversation with me to understand my situation and expectation. Jenni put a lot of afford and hard work to assist me in selling my property quick and with a great price. Jenni was transparent, informative, trustworthy, and reliable in every step of the process. I cannot possibly recommend Jenni enough if you are in the market to Buy or Sell a property in Victoria.
