A property purchase is the biggest financial decision people will ever make in their lives. This in addition to the fact that where demand exceeds supply, the decision is often made with on one brief viewing. Trust in the sales agent on this “leap of faith” cannot be overstated. Is this a good investment? Will it be the property which my family will call home? Will we be happy? It doesn’t take too many property inspections to reach the conclusion that most sales agents are pushy, lack sincerity, lack listening skills, maybe have other issues on their minds? When you come across a person like Jennifer Carr, it’s pure gold. She is so far ahead of others in her industry. You can’t fake genuine interest, passion for her work and knowledge of the industry that Jennifer Carr has in spades. Jennifer’s video promoting our new home in Pennant Hills, NSW was so much better than other videos we have watched. She described making a short walk and being surprised to find the property, which was a unique feature of this property and exactly what we wanted. She spoke of “our koalas” (in the nearby Koala Park) like it was her property. Another unique feature. So often when signing a sales contract, that moment is the last time you will see of the sales agent, which was the very reason when selling our property in Castle Hill, we didn’t use a sales agent, just a good lawyer. After signing our sales contract Jennifer Carr recommended improvements to the property at low cost relative to the purchase price. After cooling off period Jennifer arranged a meeting at the property with a plumber, tiler, painter, floorer, colour stylist and a conveyancer. She has been involved quotations and timing for renovation at the busiest time of the year, with military precision.
