Jennifer did an excellent job selling our house. From advising which people to use to prepare the property inside and out for sale. Then organise the sales team and advertising resulting in large numbers of people to view the house which gave us a quick sale and good price.
Jennifer and William Carr have been excellent. Highly professional throughout whilst being friendly to deal with. We achieved a good price, quickly and always felt confident in their abilities. 100% satisfaction and highly recommend. Many Thanks.
Jennifer has that rare combination of strong market knowledge which is conveyed in a friendly style to both vendors and buyers. With a never give up attitude Jennifer can inspire confidence and this makes the process so much easier.
It is hard to put into words how amazing Jennifer Carr is! Her knowledge, skill set, experience, honesty, humility, passion, warmth, and above all her realism is incredible! Jennifer is the consummate professional and it is only because of her that we achieved the result we did. From the very beginning there was not a question in our mind as to the agent we would employ to sell our home. From the moment she walked in the door we felt at ease, confident and comfortable.. she is vibrant, exuberant, full of life and love and personality and her knowledge of the industry surpasses any agent in the business! For us the experience, the process, and the outcome was purely thanks to Jennifer!!!! Jen & Brett
“What an amazing journey”..... Jenny & Will provided us with an exceptional experience.... Professional yet personal, dedication to the sale of our home, advised us on what needed to be done to achieve the best result - which we DID. It would be easy to go “on & on” .... think it’s easier to sum it up & say...YOU ARE THE BEST Thank you Jenny, Will, Harry & The Team who made it happen Liz & Steve
Jennifer Carr made selling our home so much easier that I expected. Our house sold within a week. Jennifer kept us well informed at all times throughout the process which gave us peace of mind. Thanks again Jenny.
We found Jennifer Carr and her agents to be incredibly professional to work with. We had open communication at all times and they made themselves very accessible to us. They made the whole nerve racking experience a breeze. I would highly recommend using them.
Jennifer managed the sale of our home very professionally. We were happy with the number of people introduced to the property and they way it was presented by her. Happy to recommend her to others. She knows the market in West Pennant Hills and obviously enjoys working with people. Very happy
Will & Jenny did a superb job listing our property for sale and worked with us, the tenant & property manager to facilitate one of the quickest sales I have seen! It was sold even before our first Saturday open home, and exchanged with no cooling off period to seal the deal! We are over the moon! Top notch negotiating skills & overall communication to achieve a price above our expectations. They are genuine people & I would highly recommend Will & Jenny to sell your property.
Jennifer knows the market & will always guide & advise you with the most suitable advice which suits you needs. Extremely happy with our sale & happy she found a lovely family to enjoy our home.
