After some discussion with Jennifer Carr we agreed to do something out of the ordinary [for Louis Carr that is] and it was agreed we should go to auction. Our house was a little different and we were somewhat cautious as to what to expect. Well, their recommendations delivered in spades. The marketing programme and 'styling' transformed our presentation that we had 123 couples visit our home in 3 open days; we had 13 registered buyers and on the day of the auction the street looked like Piccadilly Circus. And to top it off, the successful bid was 25% above what we had decided we would be happy with. The entire Louis Carr team did us proud. We are absolutely delighted with the result that Jennifer and Nicole from Louis Carr have achieved for us.
