Jennifer Drabic was very professional and accommodating in making an appointment for me when I could not attend the "Open House" at the nominated time. This little home which Jenny was Marketing at Morphett Vale was definitely in need of some love and it just happened to suit our purpose. Jenny was fantastic through the hole process with great communication from us to home owner and its been a pleasure dealing with R&H real estate. We found Jen very helpful and accommodating after viewing a number of properties that weren't suitable Jen suggested the property we bought. Communication thru the viewing, offer & contract stages was good whilst under some difficult circumstances on the Vendors side. Contract terms were negotiated well by Jen to mutual benefit of vendor & purchaser. Follow up between signing & settlement was good, with regular calls to make sure we were all on track. We appreciated the efficiency of emailing contracts for signing as we both work full time, lots of the viewings and calls were after hours too which was very helpful.
