We are ecstatic with the Sale of our home with VIVID, Jen's efficiency and expertise have made our move 'stress free’. 1 x Home Open on the Sunday with multiple offers, Jen closed the deal Monday evening to our delight to see the 'Únder Offer' sticker on the Vivid sign Tuesday morning.

Instigated all of Jennifer's marketing and sales ideas which went according to plan with a quick sale. Can't ask for more than that. Also Jennifer was easy to contact, even after hours which a precious experience these days.

My experiences with VIVID Property has been outstanding. Our selling agent, Jennifer, was knowledgeable, realistic and honest, communicated regularly and kept us informed. The property sold quickly and Jennifer negotiated us through the process seamlessly.

I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a home. She was helpful and quick throughout the entire process, both before the sale and helping out up to settlement, all while respecting my budget.

Jennifer is always happy to answer any questions in relation to preparing the property for sale and the selling process. She assisted with sourcing tradesman for some required work which was performed efficiently. Her interpersonnal skills are excellent, and her liaising between myself and the buyer was always prompt. I would not hesitate to utilise Jennifer for any future property sales.
