Recently purchased our dream home after searching for over 6 months in the area. Jennifer was the agent who helped make the whole process from putting down offer to settlement very smooth. She’s professional, efficient, friendly and very responsive to any of your queries. She’s willing to spend the extra time and effort to find a solution whenever you encounter a problem with the property. Overall it’s a pleasant experience to work with her.

My situation was urgent and under a lot of time restraints when CY took it over. Aware of this they were very caring and reassuring all the way. We made the deadline for which I was very grateful.

Very knowledgeable and professional also good listener. Always kept us informed. Lovely lady to deal with. We highly recommend Jennifer

Jennifer Noye was our agent of choice when selling our home. She went above and beyond what we expected from her. She was informed, helpful, always positive, accommodating and knowledgeable. Our home was sold and we are very happy we did it with Jennifer.

From the first contact we liked Jennifer’s style, her way of presenting the property was very pleasant and without making us feel pressure. She offered help with a few situations that she really did not have any obligation to help with. And for a second time she went out of her duty to ensure we could proceed with the acquisition of the property. When she is with you all her attention is fully devoted to you. I would strongly recommend Jennifer as a great agent. So pleasant! Thank you for your great talent and kindness.

We recentrly bought a property through Jennifer. She is very professional on the whole process. We are buying the property which is currently renting, however, our settlement charged additional for the rental adjustment. Jennifer help us to check around to find a solution for it. Jennifer also very professional on the final inspection. She noted down the issues and check with owner to find a way for furter repair without impact the settlement progress. We really appreciated for her help and highly recommended!

What more can say....Jennifer is so lovely with a calm disposition but was very motivated to sell our house (which was out of her normal zone) and did so in 12 days with minimum stress, fuss or any big sales talk. Refreshing and would highly recommend Jennifer help you with either buying or selling property.

Jennifer is super helpful and communication was excellent throughout the whole house buying process. Would recommend 100%!

Jennifer was great from start to finish. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kept us informed at all times. Highly recommend.

Very helpful and understanding, very easy to talk to,and explained everything to us and made the process easy.

I highly recommend Jennifer if you are looking for a great Agent to sell your home! My property sold a lot quicker than I'd expected, and that was greatly a result of having Jennifer as my Agent. Her knowledge and recommendations of how to approach the sale resulted in receiving two offers after the first home open and several other interested buyers. I was not expecting my home to be Under Offer after one home open, so it was a great result! Besides being happy with the outcome of the sale, Jennifer makes selling your home an easy process. She was always quick at responding to any questions or queries I had and kept me well-informed. She always updated me as she received enquiries and also throughout the whole process of dealing with the two buyers who had submitted offers. There is nothing I can fault, and would definitely recommend Jennifer!
