I couldnt recommend Jenn highly enough, Jenn was able to achieve 20k about our price range, whilst our property was on the market Jenn was in the USA on a family holiday, yet even though she was on holidays she took time out to regularly update me on where things were at. I didnt feel like just another property on the market. Me being in Victoria and the property in QLD Jenns advice on sales conditions having my property tenanted versus vacant and the potential repercussions. Any questions or queries i had Jenn replied to promptly. I am looking to buy back into the market and am more than happy to buy via Jenn. I have been interested in other properties listed with different agencies and got her opinion of the area, street, any issues potentially someone local may not be aware of and again Jenn was a wealth of knowledge. Care, kindness, professionalism, knowledgeable and with excellent communication skills, is how i would describe Jenn succinctly.
