Selling a house was a new experience to me and I expected it would be really stressful, but Jen put my mind at ease every step of the way, and was totally flexible in accommodating my needs. Her communication is excellent - she kept me regularly updated at every stage of the process, told me what to expect at the auction and made everything run smoothly.
