Different experience

We were looking for a house for a few months, and Ward really stood out as different to the others. They are a close-knit team that were friendly without being pushy, and were happy to put in extra effort to get things sorted without fuss, and without being asked. When a property of interest came up on AllHomes and it had "Ward" at the top, it peaked our interest considerably more than any of the others, as we knew it was going to be presented and handled in a friendly and professional manner. I got to bid in my first house auction (we didn't win.. just) and Jen, Greg and Maddie were all very supportive and made sure I knew what I needed to do in what could have been a lot more stressful than it turned out to be. Once we locked in a property, it was a little confusing at first not having a single point of contact, but the outstanding communication within their the team meant that it didn't matter who I spoke to, they knew the details and where everything was up to. I couldn't be happier with the way things were handled.
