I appreciate the quick sale and the enthusiasm of the agent. There a couple of issues which I would like to raise. 1) we paid $1,900 up front for advertising, the property was sold within 2 weeks. The advertising stopped and there was not offer of refund or a reduction made with the end cost. 2) I am still waiting for a member of the Staff to contact me after the final date to confirm the sale. This was communicated to us that this would happen.
